9. Third-Party Modifications
It shall never be permissible to use a third-party modification that has an impact on other players. For example, use of handling modifications or camera hacks will not be allowed, whereas using a visual modification such as an ENB is allowed.

Devices such as controllers are allowed for driving or flying, however are not allowed to be used for shooting. Only a mouse and keyboard shall be permissible for a shootout.
Examples:
- John Doe installs a modification that slams his car to the ground. This affects how others view his car, and therefore is not allowed.
- John Doe installs a camera modification to give himself a greater field of view than is available with the game. This gives him an advantage in some scenarios and is therefore not allowed.
- John Doe is driving his car through a rival gang neighborhood using a controller. He gets out of his car and returns fire using his controller to shoot.

5. Extreme/Disgusting Roleplay
Any form of extreme or disgusting roleplay (rape, necrophilia, pedophilia, sexual harassment, disfiguring, etc.) requires the out of character approval from all involved parties. If approval from all involved parties is given, extreme or disgusting roleplay may be carried away from the main dimension, inside of an interior where no other players may involuntarily come across the roleplay.

Mental illnesses must be roleplayed properly by a player who has done the proper research into the characteristics of somebody suffering from the particular mental illness they are roleplaying. Roleplaying mental illnesses which might result in your character harming other people requires permission from an administrator. Pedophilia is not permissible.
Examples:
- Jim Smith walks by Jane Doe and makes a sexually harassing gesture.
- John Doe roleplays urinating in public using detailed and explicit roleplay.
- John Doe asks Jane Smith for rape permissions on an out-of-character level. During the roleplay, Jane asks John to stop as she no longer feels comfortable. John continues with the roleplay.
